Please note: your registration isn't complete until payment is received. Submitting this form does not guarantee your spot on the final attendees list. After you RSVP, you'll receive an email with all payment links — in the payment note, please include your full name and the number of tickets you're paying for, for example, "John Smith, 5." Once payment is received, you'll get a confirmation email — please hold on to your receipt.

Please note: Day 2 and Day 3 are free to attend, but we still need your RSVP — it helps us plan ahead for bookings like cafés, restaurants, and bikes for the group. You can view the full schedule for those days on the events page. Any costs on the day itself (food, drinks, activities) will be paid directly by you, then and there.
